The Level 5 programme aims to groom Service Champions with a view to preparing them to champion and drive organisation-wide service excellence efforts. It focuses on strategising, driving and communicating strategies that will help your organisation meet the ever changing needs of the customers and the environment.

The programme is conducted in any combination of lectures, workshops, group discussions, individual activities, experiential learning, case studies, projects and / or role plays.
Weekday classes (7.00pm to 10.00pm)
Weekends (9.00am to 4.00pm)

Each module may be assessed by any combination of written assessment, projects and oral interviews.
