The Level 1 programme aims to groom Service Professionals with the skills and competencies to engage customers for service excellence. It also aims to equip them with the resilience to handle challenging situations and diversity, provide go-the-extra mile service, as well as contribute to service improvements through service innovation.

The programme is conducted in any combination of lectures, workshops, group discussions, individual activities, experiential learning, case studies, projects and / or role plays.
Weekday classes (7.00pm to 10.00pm)
Weekends (9.00am to 4.00pm)
Teacher Student Ratio
Each module may be assessed by any combination of written assessment, projects and oral interviews.
WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence
Students who successfully complete the WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence programme can pursue the WSQ Advanced Certificate In Service Excellence.
Course Fee (80% SSG funding)
Note: Local Students may receive course fee subsidy of up to 95% and may use their SkillsFuture credits to pay for the course.
