The Level 3 programme aims to equip Service Coaches with the skills and competencies to nurture and supervise staff for service excellence. The competencies at this level are designed to help groom service coaches to be role models to new entrants. Competencies include coaching skills, as well as relationship management skills to build ability to establish customer relationships. Learners will also be introduced to skills in managing service operations and service performance.

The programme is conducted in any combination of lectures, workshops, group discussions, individual activities, experiential learning, case studies, projects and / or role plays.
Weekday classes (7.00pm to 10.00pm)
Weekends (9.00am to 4.00pm)
Teacher Student Ratio
Each module may be assessed by any combination of written assessment, projects and oral interviews.
WSQ Advanced Certificate In Service Excellence
Students who successfully complete the WSQ Advanced Certificate In Service Excellence programme can pursue the WSQ Diploma in Service Leadership.
Course Fee (80% SSG funding)
Note: Local Students may receive course fee subsidy of up to 95% and may use their SkillsFuture credits to pay for the course.
