Pepperdine is renowned for its organisational leadership programmes, best-in-class international faculty and well-researched organisational leadership practices. Its Doctor of Education in Organisational Leadership is a well reputed programme for practising leaders in organisations.
Pepperdine’s Master of Science in Organisational Development (OD) has also been consistently ranked among the top 20 leadership programmes in the United States.
Upon completion, you will be awarded a Certificate of Successful Completion from Pepperdine University and Training Vision.

The programme is conducted in any combination of lectures, workshops, group discussions, individual activities, experiential learning, case studies, projects and / or role plays.
Weekday classes (7.00pm to 10.00pm)
Weekends (9.00am to 4.00pm)

Each module may be assessed by any combination of written assessment, projects and oral interviews.
