The units are designed by qualified academics and consultants including Professors Aline Wolff and Susan J. Stehlik, who teach at the Stern School of Business at New York University, Anthony Le Storti, Deborah Peterson and Eliza Quek. SMU Wee Kim Wee Centre is Training Vision’s Academic Partner for the Level 4 units.
Upon completion, you will be awarded a Certificate of Successful Completion from SMU Wee Kim Wee Centre and Training Vision.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree & 1 year of working experience in a supervisory or executive role or

The programme is conducted in any combination of lectures, workshops, group discussions, individual activities, experiential learning, case studies, projects and / or role plays.
Weekday classes (7.00pm to 10.00pm)
Weekends (9.00am to 4.00pm)

Each module may be assessed by any combination of written assessment, projects and oral interviews.
Professional Diploma in Leadership & People Management (LPM)
Students who successfully complete the Professional Diploma in Leadership & People Management (LPM) programme can pursue the Specialist Diploma in Leadership & People Management (LPM).
